After placing an order, the company specialist will contact the client and clarify all necessary details of delivery, taking into account the goods in stock.
If a certain category of goods is out of stock, the company specialist will inform the client about the terms available for ordering this product.
Further, the specialist issues an Invoice for payment to the client with the selected basket of goods, sending the Invoice by a convenient source of communication for the client (it can be: e-mail, electronic messenger: Telegramm, Whatsapp and others).
Payment for the goods shall be made to the account details provided in the Invoice (bank transfer, payment link, payment by card).
Payment of the invoice must be made within a week (7 calendar days).
After the payment is made, the company's specialist will arrange the delivery of the goods to the recipient.
Shipping costs and checkout.
Delivery on the territory of Estonia is free of charge (regardless of the order value).
Delivery on the territory of Latvia, Lithuania - 10 € (up to 5 kg of weight, if the weight of the cargo is more than 5 kg - the cost of delivery is calculated individually).
Delivery on the territory of Romania - 20 € (up to 5 kg of weight, if the weight of the cargo is more than 5 kg - the cost of delivery is calculated individually).
The delivery fee is billed to the client separately.
The method of payment and payment period is similar to the invoice for delivery of goods.
Delivery is carried out by Omniva transportation company.
When placing an order, the company's specialist clarifies the details of parcel transfer from the client:
- At Omniva points - to the parcel machine.
- By transferring the parcel via courier - door-to-door parcel.
Estimated delivery time is 6-12 days.
If necessary, we can arrange cargo insurance service for an additional fee.
The cost is calculated individually.
Cargo insurance guarantees that in case of damage or loss of the parcel you will be paid compensation in the amount of your declared value.
The company does its best to meet the specified delivery dates, but despite this, there may be delays in delivery of goods for reasons beyond the seller's control.
The client is obliged to accept the goods himself.
In case the client cannot accept the goods, he must immediately inform a specialist of the company. If the client intentionally fails to accept the goods, the company is not responsible for the goods and its delivery to the destination point.
In case the client is unable to collect the goods from the parcel office within a certain period of time, it is possible to extend the storage time of the parcels.
If the customer notices upon receipt of the goods that the delivery does not contain the corresponding goods or the goods do not meet certain criteria, the customer must immediately notify the company's specialist.
In cases when the goods were not delivered to the client due to their loss through the fault of postal (courier) service employees at the time of delivery, the company shall reimburse the client for the paid goods and delivery costs only after receiving a certificate of loss or compensation from the postal service.
