Return of goods and refund.
The Customer has the right to refuse the ordered goods at any time before receiving them, and after receiving the goods - within 7 days after their delivery.
Return of Goods of proper quality is possible in case if its trade dress, consumer properties, as well as the document confirming the fact and conditions of purchase of the specified goods are preserved. It is impossible to return used or damaged goods.
Before the return of goods, the client must provide photos of the goods to the company's specialist to assess its appearance.

In order to issue a return of goods, the client should contact the company's specialist by filling out the appropriate form - "Return of goods form" (sent by e-mail: support@volkestablish.com).
The client can send the goods to the company in the same way.
When returning goods, it is necessary to enclose the completed form together with the returned goods.

After approval of the return, we will transfer the funds to the card or bank account within 1 to 10 banking days, for this purpose it is necessary to fill in full details for the transfer of funds in the application for return.
Please note that the refund depends on the speed of processing the transaction by your bank and may take up to 30 banking days.

The refund is made minus the amount paid for delivery when placing the order.
